My first introduction to Adrian Hazzi and the team at Vantage West began when I stumbled across his YouTube tutorials on how to find ideal properties to fix / flip back in 2009. At that point it was just just name recognition and it was not until years later when we decided to move to Kelowna that we reached out to his team for their services.
Admittedly, I came into things with a negative bias towards real estate agents, having dealt with some realtors that didn't serve much more than role of tour guide/ key holder/ open house attendant.
